imho i think you have good potential for future flash.
but right now you do need improvement..
sound for example, even if you just have to add a few effects for when punches are thrown or explosions take place.
BGM (Background Music) would be even better in the background to top it off.

Ill have a wmv version of this on Youtube within a couple of days with music and simple sound effects. And ill improve for next time. :)
